MNDBAR uses emerging technologies and design thinking tools to shift mindsets. In this workshop, participants will explore their creative capacity and how to bring it into the work that they do everyday, identify opportunities for improvement, transformation and innovation.

The ‘mind fitness’ methodology is based on the belief that each of us has a capacity for creative thinking that can be learned & enhanced through disciplined & repeated practice.

MNDBAR offers training's that revolve around building the creative capacity with the belief that training is a consistent effort, that requires repeated practice for true implementation. MND FITNESS training's are recommended to be experienced 1-2 times a week for 3-4 months to begin to see a shift in behavior and habit formation.
