Downtown Design, a key event of Dubai Design Week will take place 8-12 November during the upcoming 2021 edition of the festival.
The Middle East’s leading design fair for original and high-quality design offers exhibitors a unique platform to access creative and commercial opportunities in the MENA region and beyond, catering to top-tier industry audience – including architects, interior designers, and developers – as well as public visitors from the Middle East, Africa, South Asia and beyond.
After presenting a hybrid format in 2020, Downtown Design will return to its d3 waterfront venue with a new concept and fresh activations, further consolidating its leadership in the regional market.
A conduit for the region to discover and engage with the latest in contemporary design from around the world, in 2021, the fair will present dedicated sections across the key industry segments - furniture, lighting, kitchens and bathrooms, materials and accessories - each featuring leading international and regional brands, and together demonstrating the innovation and diversity informing the global design scene.
The exhibition will be complemented with an extensive public programme that will include conceptual showcases by regional design talents, an insightful talks programme, interactive workshops and onsite networking events.
