This workshop introduced participants to the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, a hands-on approach that turned ideas, values and creative thinking into tangible models. Through guided building exercises, participants explored challenges and opportunities brick by brick, fostering curiosity, collaboration and experimentation. The session encouraged new perspectives, actionable insights and creative problem-solving in an engaging and supportive environment.

About Gilda Castro Rios

Gilda is a multi-passionate creative, strategist, designer, coach and certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator. Originally from Peru and based in the UAE for 16 years, she is a freelancer for creative strategy, brand development and design, while also facilitating workshops. Her practice blends design thinking, storytelling and experiential learning to help individuals and teams clarify their vision, solve challenges and strengthen creativity through methods such as LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®.
