Explore production design for film and learn how space, colour, objects and visual motifs shape cinematic worlds.

World Building for Screen introduces participants to production design as a tool for visual storytelling. The workshop explores how space, architecture, colour, texture, objects and visual motifs work together to build cinematic worlds. Through film case studies and collaborative analysis, participants will apply these principles to independent and small-scale filmmaking, exploring how considered design choices can shape a story on screen.
