With its playful pink form, Future Rose brings the desert’s hidden beauty into public space, contrasting the delicacy of crystalline structures with the softness of an inflatable sculpture.

Future Rose is a large-scale pink inflatable artwork that reimagines the desert rose, a natural crystalline formation found beneath desert sands. Drawing on its overlapping, petal-like structure, the work transforms a mineral form into a soft, monumental sculpture.

Its pink colour and inflated volume create a playful encounter, inviting visitors to consider the desert as a place of hidden beauty and possibility. The contrast between the desert rose’s hard, fragile crystals and the artwork’s air-filled form reflects on strength, delicacy and transformation.

Rooted in the landscapes of the Middle East, Future Rose connects a natural phenomenon with a futuristic visual language, bringing the quiet wonder of the desert into shared public space.
