Explore Palestinian architectural heritage through sketching and abstraction to develop an original furniture concept.

Archive to Object is a design charette exploring Palestinian architectural heritage through contemporary furniture design. Participants will study elements such as arches, screens, thresholds and geometric details, using tracing, abstraction and sketching to develop an original furniture concept. The workshop approaches heritage as a source of design thinking rather than something to replicate.
