What do you do if what you’re saying isn’t connecting with others? How do you process information that doesn’t neatly fit with your way of thinking?

In this session, SYPartners explored how we make daily decisions according to the constructs we’ve created for ourselves—all the while, blind to the power they have over us. Rooted in more than 25 years of helping C-suite, civic, and community leaders transform their businesses, organizations, cultures, teams, and people, SYPartners offered practical insight into what sparks transformation in a playful, interactive experience.

About SYPartners

SYPartners was founded in 1994 when a few friends who met at Apple reunited to launch a communications and design firm in San Francisco. Their aspiration always nudged them toward work that could make a bigger impact so they expanded into business strategy and innovation consulting for a diverse portfolio of Fortune 100 clients and opened an office in New York City. They began working alongside foundations, philanthropists, and NGOs to broaden their impact.

SYPartners became a founding member of kyu—a new kind of collective that brings together best-in-class creative firms to propel society forward. Today, they continue to seek out new challenges facing leaders and populations everywhere. SYPartners are tireless optimists, thinkers, and makers, united in their fight for greatness—a movement more than 25 years in the making.
