An outdoor installation that repurposed construction scaffolding, old traditional Emirati fishing nets, unused fabrics and other materials to create a public seating and playful structure at the entrance to Colab.

Colab repurposed old scaffolding by painting it to create the main structure for the installation. Whilst timber offcuts will be recycled for the seats. In addition, leftover fabrics were also upcycled for the seating elements of the installation.

The installation served as a make-shift fence / barricade for when Colab needs to host private events. Overall it aimed to showcase the potential of reusing discarded or waste materials, and giving them a second life.
