Tatreez (cross stitch) is the oldest form of embroidery and widely used in traditional Palestinian dressmaking.

In collaboration with Facebook, UAE social enterprise 81 Designs will conduct free-to-attend interactive workshops for the creatives who would like to learn or hone cross-stitching skills.During the 1.5-hour workshops, participants can learn how the traditional craft originated and get hands-on experience sewing in 4” x 4” canvases using Tatreez.
