Heriot Watt University presents work by graduates from its Master’s in Interior Architecture and Design which explores the symbiotic relationship between interior design and interior architecture.

This exhibition showcases a selection of student work which demonstrates the process of comprehending, crafting, and implementing interior spaces, acknowledging that design is fluid and inclusive, and that architecture and interiors do not necessarily need to be separated. The Master’s course in Interior Architecture and Design (MA IAAD) at Heriot Watt University encourages cross-disciplinary collaboration and working; experimentation; exploration; and critical reflection on real-world social issues which leads to design that offers meaningful solutions. The course is purpose-built from the ground up and includes a number of bespoke courses combined with other carefully selected and designed shared courses.
