A keen futurist with a vision for establishing an innovative brand sound, Roscoe recently worked with Samsung to develop their latest voice assistant, Bixby. Within his repertoire, he has also overseen sonic branding projects for the Premier League, UBS bank and produced mmorph, an FWA winning interactive audio project. Roscoe has appeared as a guest speaker on BBC Radio4 and at conferences worldwide. He has also contributed articles for Creative Review and Branding Magazine and performed as live musician and DJ everywhere, from Derby to Tokyo. His daily bread? Figuring out ways to make things happen.

About Ahmed Hafez Younis AKA Fizo, Head of Creative Shop, Facebook MENA
Ahmed co-founded the internationally-acclaimed FC studio, joined Cairo Elephant, became the Executive Creative Director and a key pillar in FP7 Cairo/McANN's world group and Head of McANN Creative Leadership Council for Middle East and Africa. Fizo orchestrated award-winning campaigns for the likes of Coca-Cola, Nestle, Mini Cooper, Fanta, McDonald’s and Orange. In 2017, Fizo made a career shift by joining the tech giant Facebook as head of the Creative Shop MENA. Fizo was ranked as one of the top 10 Creative Leaders in the Middle East and North Africa in 2017 in the B&W report.

With a Bachelor’s of Physics and Mathematics and a Master’s of Education, Mary brings a unique strategic and creative perspective to Xische’s core operations. At Xische, Mary leads brand and communication project components, shaping and recommending strategic initiatives for senior government clients including Smart Dubai (the Executive Office), the Prime Minster’s Office, the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, the Executive Council, and Dubai Culture & Arts Authority.
