Dubai Design Week celebrates UAE based designers/creatives with an open call for submissions to participate in the 2022 fair.
Established and emerging designers are called to submit design proposals to be showcased in a curated exhibition during Dubai Design Week in the Downtown Design tent. This call for participation spans across different design disciplines to recognize diverse talent – offering designers a platform for visibility among leading designers from around the globe, whilst expanding and strengthening their audience and professional network.
Criteria:
Applicants must reside and operate in the UAE Present design proposals that have not yet been exhibited before and contribute to the local supply chain.
Proposals should adhere to the following themes:
- Locally made
- Supporting local producers and sourcing materials produced in the UAE
- Designing responsibly
- Considering environmental, cultural and social impact.
