Founded by an Emirati chef and storyteller, FNM began with a love for experimenting in the kitchen and sharing homemade creations with friends and family. What started as personal recipes gradually evolved into a brand celebrating the flavours of the UAE and the wider Gulf, reimagined for today's food lovers. FNM will showcase its signature sauces: Dubai Spicy Tang, a creamy, tangy, subtly spicy sauce inspired by familiar Emirati flavours, and Mabooch Chili Oil, a bold, aromatic chili oil inspired by the Gulf's love for heat and spice.
