Dubai Design Week is held under the patronage of Her Highness Sheikha Latifa bint Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Chairperson of Dubai Culture & Arts Authority

2020 programme

Taking place 9-14 November 2020, Dubai Design Week will return to its home in Dubai Design District (d3), with a focus on supporting the creative community, to redefine and reimagine the way we will live in the near and far future.

Offering unique cross-disciplinary collaborations, original experiences that incorporate social distancing measures, opportunities for the community that give centre stage to the local and regional creatives as well as a line-up of new digital activities that challenge pressing topics and create dialogue, continuing to engage our global audiences, our revised formats across the programmes include an open call for the Abwab 2020 pavilion, a new UAE designer focused exhibition, a thematic installations- and public interventions programme and a hybrid on-site and virtual talks programme.
